Acceptance of these terms
By using soirée you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Access and use of the service
You can browse public events without an account. To host events, RSVP, comment or message, you sign in with your email address. Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Your content and your events
You own what you post. You give soirée permission to store and show it to the people you choose (and to the public for public events). Hosts are responsible for their events and for what they ask guests to share. Don't post anything that breaks our Community Guidelines or the law.
Payments
Chip In and Split Costs only show payment links hosts choose to share. soirée doesn't process, hold, verify or refund payments, and isn't a party to them.
Messages and notifications
We send emails and in-app notifications for activity you've asked to follow. You can change these in Profile Settings.
Third-party services
Maps, calendar and payment links open third-party sites. Their terms and privacy practices apply there.
Disclaimer of warranties
soirée is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be unavailable from time to time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, soirée isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of the service or from events people host on it.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile Settings. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.
